Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy
Money laundering is the act of engaging in financial transactions to disguise the illegal origins of funds, making them appear as though they were obtained through legitimate means. The goal of this activity is to hide the illicit source of money, including cash amounts. Consequently, domestic and international laws make it illegal for Culture Capital LLC and its employees to knowingly or recklessly participate in activities involving such illegally obtained capital.
Implemented Procedures
Culture Capital LLC has implemented a robust Anti-Money Laundering policy to identify clients based on specific criteria while minimizing procedural complexities for genuine and legitimate clients. To fulfill our commitment to supporting governments in combating illicit financial transactions, Culture Capital LLC has developed a technologically advanced and reliable electronic system to fully verify client identities and maintain detailed records of all financial transactions. Culture Capital LLC tracks all suspicious activities and reports them to relevant law enforcement agencies. As a result, full legal protection is provided to clients who share their confidential financial data with the company.
To prevent money laundering and related illegal activities, Culture Capital LLC does not accept physical cash (banknotes) for deposits or withdrawals. All transactions are processed exclusively through traceable electronic methods such as bank transfers and card payments. Our company reserves the right to suspend any transaction if money laundering is suspected.
Compliance Regime
Like other financial institutions, Culture Capital LLC has established a compliance regime to fulfill formal legal requirements. This includes the appointment of a compliance officer, policy making, regular reviews of implementation and impact, and specialized compliance training for employees. Culture Capital LLC regularly updates its electronic systems with the latest rules and regulations to track money laundering and other criminal financial practices.
Identification (KYC)
To comply with Anti-Money Laundering laws, Culture Capital LLC requires all clients to complete an electronic identity verification process prior to accessing our services. Clients must also notify the company immediately of any changes to their personal information.
Deposits and Withdrawals
For deposits, the sender's name must match the client's name on Culture Capital LLC's records; third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. For withdrawals, the recipient's name and account name must also match. Online money transactions will only be withdrawn to the same account and through the same online transfer system from which the funds were originally transferred.
